The best part about my train rides home back to Oceanside is being able to see the beach. I always find myself coming home at a different time so each time I get a completely different view of the ocean. Its amazing that even though you can not see the source of light, in this case the sun, it's still evident it's creating the beautiful transition from day till night. As the night sets in and the day leaves there is moment where the two meet and fuse together creating enough light to form silhouettes and a beautiful color that merges the wonder of day and the mysteries of night.

Oh you are just the greatest. Beautiful image! Wonderfully written observation too. I too am from that area and know exactly what you're talking about! I love that drive and the ocean view. Light can completely transform the drive! Great!
